“think on such things” might just be my favorite in the collection (even though it is hard to pick just one!) But this one is a reminder to set our minds on truth, beauty, love, compassion. This can be especially difficult when fear tries to come in but it has been such an important lesson for me in this season that when it does, to return and to think on such things as love. There is power in our thoughts and words.
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
Philippians 4:8
